2. What we collect and why

We collect your email address, sign-up date and time, and the source “Landing Tentador” to notify you when Tentador is available. Signing up is voluntary and does not create an account, subscription or purchase commitment. We will not use this list for campaigns other than the launch without an appropriate legal basis.

Your email is stored in a private Google Workspace spreadsheet. An internal notification containing your email and sign-up date is sent to support. The public confirmation is the same if you are already on the list.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for the launch notification is the consent you give when submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to the contact above, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. We apply technical controls against abusive submissions based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service.

4. Retention

We will retain waiting-list data until the launch notification, for no more than 12 months from sign-up, unless you request earlier deletion. This period also applies to copies of internal notifications that identify interested users.

5. Providers and security

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and Google Workspace for the spreadsheet and internal notifications. Pre-launch registration does not require Supabase, Stripe or an AI engine. Providers may process technical connection data to deliver and protect their services; see the Cloudflare information and the Google Workspace data protection information. Processing locations and safeguards depend on the terms applicable to these services.

We use restricted spreadsheet access, server-side validation and request limits. A temporary identifier is generated from the connection for these limits; IP addresses are not stored in the waiting list. No system can guarantee complete freedom from incidents.

6. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection where applicable, and portability, or withdraw consent, by writing to soporte@nexiaapp.app. We may request the information strictly necessary to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
